小浪底水利枢纽进水塔温度作用分

摘    要:小浪底水利枢纽集中布置的10座进水塔群,上部为格箱式结构,下部多为大体积的板、墙、墩、梁和柱式结构,兼有大体积混凝土建筑物的特点,由于多层孔道纵横交错,温度作用设计难度很大,简述了温度作用设计中采用的手段和方法。为了解进水塔施工期和运用期最大温度以及温度应力产生的部位和大小,对分缝分块施工布置方案的合理性进行评价,并为温度配筋提供依据,采用平面和三维有限元方法,对大体积混凝土结构进行了施工期和运用期的温度场及温度徐变应力仿真计算分析,对框架结构采用结构力学方法进行了分析。分析表明,进水塔分缝分块施工布置方案是合理的,施工期温控方案是可行的,温度钢筋配置时,在将温度作用与其它荷载按常规组合时,须考虑混凝土开裂对温度效应的影响。

Abstract:There are 10 intake towers in the Xiaolangdi Project,which are grid-chest structured at the upper part,and plank,wall,pier,girder and pole structured at the bottom with the peculiarities of large-volume concrete building.It is difficult to calculate the temperature effect because the towers are interleaved with multi-layer vent ducts.The means and procedures of temperature effect calculation are introduced in this paper.In order to calculate the maximum temperature and the location and quantity of temperature stress during construction period and operation period,the rationality of the layout scenario of parting and blocking are evaluated.The methods of plane and 3-D FEM are used to simulate the temperature field and creep stress during construction period and operation period of large-volume concrete structure,and analyze the frame structure with structural mechanics.The results show that the layout scenario of parting and blocking are reasonable,the temperature control scheme during construction period is feasible.It is necessary to consider the influence of concrete cracking on temperature effect when we calculate the combination of the effects of temperature and other load for the layout of temperature reinforcement.
