河南省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征流行病学调查

为了解河南省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征在河南的流行状况、发病原因，开展了问卷调查、现场调查、实验室组织样品检测等研究。结果表明，河南省大部分地区存在猪繁殖与呼吸综合征，各地区间没有差异，临床发病多在冬春季节，以30~70 d仔猪发病率最高（41%）；165个猪场送检的组织样品中，65个猪场为阳性，阳性率达34.4%。提示猪繁殖与呼吸综合征在河南危害严重，应采取多种措施积极防制。

Investigation on Epidemiology of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in Henan Province

To study the epidemiology state and factor of the Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) in Henan Province, the experiment used questionnaire investigation, locale investigate and sample detection was conducted, as well as the defending advice was put forward. The results showed that the PRRS occurred in most counties of Henan Province, and had no regional significance. The PRRS often occur in the spring and winter, the proportion of the disease swine of 35~70 days is highest (41%). The samples of 165 hogpen in Henan Province were detected, the result showed that the sample of 65 hogpen was the positive, and the ratio is 34.4%. It suggested that the PRRS in Henan Province was very serious, and we have to establish all kinds of steps to positively prevent and cure.
