聚乙烯醇缩醛膜用于水─乙醇渗透汽化分离

摘    要:用戊二醛与对苯二甲醛对聚乙烯醇(PVA) 进行交联制得渗透汽化膜, 用于水- 乙醇渗透汽化分离。DSC测试结果表明, 对苯二甲醛与聚乙烯醇之间的交联反应进行得不够充分。溶胀度测试及渗透汽化分离水- 乙醇混合液的结果表明, 对苯二甲醛交联聚乙烯醇膜与戊二醛交联聚乙烯醇膜相比, 其溶胀度及透量较高, 而分离系数较低

Abstract:Pervaporation separation of water ethanol mixture through the PVA membrane was crosslinked by pentanedial and p phenylene dimethyl aldehyde,respectively.DSC determination indicated that p phenylene dimethyl aldehyde didn't completely react with PVA.The determination of swelling degree and pervaporation separation of water ethanol mixture indicated that the PVA membrane crosslinked by p phenylene dimethyl aldehyde had higher swelling degree and flux and lower separation factor than the PVA membrane crosslinked by pentanedial.
