对我校实验室管理体制与机构改革的建议

本文提出我校实验室应改革,按课程和教研组设置实验室的旧管理体制,而代之以校管中心实验室为骨干,系学科实验室为主体和单学科实验室为补充的三级管理体制,经我校实践证明已初见成效。建议建立健全相应的实验室管理机构,从管理体制上增强对实验室建设的统一领导,使实验室向着科学化、现代化的方向发展。

A Proposal for Reforming the Management System and the Structure of Laboratories in Gansu Agricultural University

This paper put forward a proposal for reforming old system of laboratory management in which the laboratories were established on the basis of the courses and the teaching and research sections. A new management system at three levels, i.e.taking the university's central laboratory as the backbone the department's descipline laboratories as the main body,and the monocourse's laboratory as the supplement, was suggested with the experiences during reforming old system in our country.This new system has been practiced with initial success in our university. The task ahead is that the corresponding structures concerning the new system of laboratory management should be founded and amplified, the unified leadership to laboratory construction should be strengthened in the field of management system, so that the new system shall enable the laboratories to develop scientifically and modcraly ira future.
