石漠化地区生态经济建设问题研究

从石漠化地区生态经济建设角度,研究石漠化地区生态经济制约因子问题,分析了这些因子相互作用的内在关系,并以西南典型的喀斯特地区———毕节地区为例进行实证分析,指出人口增长过快和落后的生产方式导致了资源和经济负荷加重,提出石漠化地区生态、经济、社会协调发展的对策是:坚持科学发展观,大力促进地方经济发展,从控制人口数量、提高人口素质着手,综合采取增强全民族保护生态环境的意识,加快产业结构调整及基础设施建设,加大扶贫攻坚、生态重建和环境保护力度,促进资源优势向经济优势的转变等措施,走人与自然和谐的可持续发展之路。

Study on Eco-Economic Construction in Rocky-Desertification Region

The paper conducts analysis by taking Bijie Prefecture, a typical karst region in the southwest of China as an example, points out that too fast increase of p opulation and backward mode of production have increased the load of resources a nd economy and put forward the following countermeasures of harmonized developme nt of ecology, economy and society in rocky-desertification regions: persisting in scientific view of development, energetically promote local economic develop ment, increasing the awareness of protecting ecological environment of the whole nation in an all round way from the point of population control and increasing the population quality, speeding up industrial restructuring and infrastructural building, increasing the momentum of poverty alleviation, ecological rebuilding and environmental protection, turning resources superiority into economic super iority and taking the sustainable development orientation of people and nature h armony.
