延边地区苹果梨抗寒生理研究

摘    要:对延边地区苹果梨园进行冻害调查,研究常见5个梨品种的枝条内束缚水/自由水比值、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量与抗寒性间的关系.结果表明,抗寒性强的梨品种束缚水/自由水比值在1.0以上;抗寒性弱的梨品种束缚水/自由水比值在1.0以下;抗寒性强的品种可溶性糖含量高,且与抗寒力呈显著性正相关,而脯氨酸含量与抗寒力强弱没有明显的相关性.

Abstract:Checked the reason of frozen injury and search scientific management measure, the relationship between cold-resistance and the bound water to free water ratio, the contents of soluble sugar and praline were studied. The results showed that the bound water to free water ratio in some hardier species was beyond 1. 0,whereas that in the less hardy species was below 1. 0. The contents of soluble sugar and proline increase gradually as the temperature reduces. The soluble sugar content was much in the variety which has high hardiness and obviously positive correlation with hardiness, but the proline content has no obvious correlation with hardiness.
