摘    要:研究了亚精胺(Spd)对渗透胁迫下玉米品种农大108(抗旱性较强)和浚单20(抗旱性较弱)幼苗生长和有机渗透物质含量的影响。结果表明,渗透胁迫下,抗旱性弱的浚单20受伤害程度较强,但外施Spd后,不仅明显提高了其幼苗叶片相对含水量和相对干质量增长速率,同时也促进了可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量的上升,缓解胁迫效果明显优于农大108。这些结果表明,渗透胁迫下,外源Spd可能是通过提高有机渗透物质含量而提高抗渗透胁迫能力。

Abstract:This paper studied the influence of spermidine(Spd) on seedling growth and the content of organic osmoregulation substances of the maize cultivar of Nongda 108(drought-tolerant) and Xundan 20(drought-sensitive).These results showed that after osmotic stress treatment,Xundan 20 was injured more serious than Nongda108.Exogenous Spd treatment in Xundan 20 resulted in obvious increased not only the relative water content and the relative dry weight growth rate,but also the content of proline and soluble sugar,T...
