| 摘 要： | 研究了亚精胺(Spd)对渗透胁迫下玉米品种农大108(抗旱性较强)和浚单20(抗旱性较弱)幼苗生长和有机渗透物质含量的影响。结果表明,渗透胁迫下,抗旱性弱的浚单20受伤害程度较强,但外施Spd后,不仅明显提高了其幼苗叶片相对含水量和相对干质量增长速率,同时也促进了可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量的上升,缓解胁迫效果明显优于农大108。这些结果表明,渗透胁迫下,外源Spd可能是通过提高有机渗透物质含量而提高抗渗透胁迫能力。 |
