摘    要:分析杂质分离机的叶轮运转时对浆料湍流状态、能量分布的影响 根据能量分布和直径、转速、浆料粘度等技术参数设计出杂质分离机叶轮在额定转速下的雷诺准数 应用Solid works2004设计出杂质分离机零件实体图,应用配合关系将零件及部件装配成总装配图,最后生成爆炸图

Abstract:Analyse the turbulence status and influenced by energy distribution when the impellor of impurity separator is running. The impellor of impurity separator is designed on the base of energy distribution and diam, rotation rat, pulp viscosity etc main technology parameters. The solid part; drawing is designed by Solidworks 2004. assembly drawing is assembled by use of join relation and explosive drawing of Impurity Separator is designed by Solidworks 2004 at last.
