福建省山苍籽成熟期的数理统计研究

摘    要:山苍籽是野生香料植物,广泛分布于我国长江以南各省。山苍籽经水蒸气蒸馏可获得山苍籽精油。是我国一种重要的天然香料产品,其主要成分为柠檬醛。本文对山苍籽成熟过程中的精油得率,含醛量,水分含量变化规律进行了研究鼗所得的有关数据进行数理统计分析,用数学方程式表达出山苍籽成熟过程中的各项指标的变化规律。

Abstract:Litsea cubeba is an important wild fragrance plant in China, growing widely in provinces to the south of Yangtze River. Essential oil can be obtained from Litsea cubeba seeds by steam distillation. Its major composition is citral . Variation of contents of essential oil, aldehyde and moisture during the maturation period of Litsea cubeba seeds were investigated and the data obtained were analysed by mathematical statistics to show the variation of these indices by mathematical equations.
