摘    要:在重离子研究装置(HIRFL)上采用46.6MeV/amuC~(6+)离子对四种不同作物种子进行遗传学效应研究,结果表明:重离子对种子的萌发能力和生长发育均有明显的抑制作用,根尖细胞中出现的染色体畸变具有多种类型,而且畸变频率均高于对照组,同时还观察到四种作物之间辐射敏感性的差异。本文还讨论了中能重离子(10—100MeV/amu)在诱变育种及其机理研究中的应用前景,介绍了植物样品辐照的装置。

Abstract:Genetic effects of 46.6 MeV/amu C~(6+) ions on 4 kinds of plant seedswas studied at HIRFL in Institute of Modern Physics, Academia Sinica.Theresults showed that there was obvious inhibition to germination abilityand growing by heavy ions, chromosome aberrations in radicle cells appearedin many types and their frequencies were all higher than those of control.Meanwhile, the differences of radiation sensitivity among the 4 kinds ofplant were found. The prospects of application of heavy ions with mediumenergy (10--100MeV/amu) in mutation breeding and its mechanism inves-tigation were reviewed.
