| 摘 要： | 本文概述了近年来国内光（温）敏核不育水稻花药培养及遗传育种的研究进展。主要介绍了光（温）敏核不育水稻的花培育种程序，影响光（温）敏核不育水稻花培能力的有关因素，光（温）敏核不育水稻花粉植株后代的性状表达及遗传变异，并对水稻花培应用前景进行展望。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the main advances in anther culture of the photosensitive genic malesterile rice (PGMR) and its applications in genetical breeding.It mainly introduces the pattern of PGMR breeding through the anther culture,relevant factors of anther culture ability and genetical variance of the traits in PGMR pollen plants.The prospects of PGMR breeding by the anther culture also concerned. |
