摘    要:应用建立的斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot-ELISA)双抗体夹心法检测IBDV抗原,证明该诊断法敏感度高,特异性强而且简便、快速。对52份病鸡各脏器病毒抗原检测表明,以法氏囊、盲肠扁桃体的检出率为最高。对人工感染鸡各脏器病毒抗原的检测结果表明脾脏首先出现病毒抗原。各脏器病毒抗原含量依次为法氏囊>盲肠扁桃体>脾脏>胸腺。

Abstract:Applying and establishing Dot -ELISA double antibody sandwich to detect infective bursal disease(IBD) virus was proved simple and quick, with high sensitivity and strong specificity. Detection to 50 organs of infected chickens indicated that highest detection rate occurred in bursa and cecum tonsil. The result of antigen detection to various organs of artificially infected chickens showed that IBD virus antigen first appeared in spleen. The content of IBD virus antigen in various organs in order was>bursa cecum tonsil>spleen>thymus
