火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:组织培养是火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)进行快速繁育的有效途径。本实验以火龙果幼嫩茎作为实验材料,通过筛选其最适培养基,使其快速繁殖,获得最大的经济效益。本论文通过研究不同激素配比对其不定芽诱导的影响、不同激素配比对其不定芽增殖的影响、不定芽生根培养,再生植株移栽来建立火龙果的再生体系。实验结果表明,MS + 6-BA 5.0mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L培养基为最佳不定芽诱导培养基;MS + 6-BA 6.0mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L为最佳不定芽增殖培养基,培养基MS + NAA 0.9mg/L +IBA 0.1mg/L + IAA 0.9mg/L最适于火龙果生根,此外采用继代4-5代的材料能提高其增殖率。

Study on Rapid Propagation of Hylocereus undatus
Abstract:Tissue culture is an efficient way to do rapid propagation of Hylocereus undatus .This experiment used immature stems of Hylocereus undatus as experimental material, which was researched to do rapid propagation on Hylocereus undatus and obtain the maximum economic benefits by screening the optimal culture medium. The experiment studied the effects of cold pretreatment on explants and different hormones combination on the induction and proliferation of adventitious buds to establish regeneration system for Hylocereus undatus .The test showed that MS + 6-BA 5.0mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L was the best medium for induction of adventitious buds, MS + 6-BA 6.0mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L was the optimum medium for propagation of adventitious buds, MS + NAA 0.9mg/L +IBA 0.1mg/L + IAA 0.9mg/L was the optimal medium for rhizogenesis of Hylocereus undatus. In addition, making use of the materials via 4-5 subculture could increase their proliferation rate. Explants which cold pretreatment could get the bud rate of 10%, which is higher than 5.56% by using materal without pretreatment.#$NLKeywords: Hylocereus undatus; Rapid Propagation; Regeneration system
