| 摘 要： | 脂肪是农产品常规检测中重要的参数之一,本文对比了两种国标方法中利用索氏提取法测定样品中粗脂肪的含量的区别,对花生、小米、玉米、小麦、鱼粉、肉粉6种样品分别采用油重法和残余法测定其脂肪含量。结果表明：两种方法均具有良好的重现性与准确度,一定程度上可以互相代替使用。

| Abstract: | Fat is an important parameter in agricultural products detecting. In this paper, we compared two national standard, oil weight method and residue method to detect peanuts, millet, corn, wheat, fish meal and meat meal of fat. The result shows that, two methods of fat detecting both have excellent reproducibility and accuracy, can be replaced in some circumstances. |
