摘    要:从陕西各主要苹果产区的苹果植株、果实表面及果园土壤中分离得到211株酵母菌和235株细菌,采用in vivo筛选与in vitro筛选相结合的方法发现,菌株A33对于干腐病(Fusarium oxysporum)、早疫病(Alternaria solani)及拓展青霉(Penicillium expartsum)多种苹果采后真菌病害具有显著拮抗效果。根据其形态特征和生理生化特性以及16SrRNA序列的同源性分析,确认该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis)。试验证明,该菌株能够在宿主表面实现有效定殖,具有良好的应用开发潜力。

Abstract:211 yeasts strains and 235 bacterial strains were isolated from the phyllosphere of garden crop,fruits of apples and also the soil samples in the major producing area of Shaanxi province. By using redients the in vivo and in vitro screen methods,Strain A33 be founded have a obviously capability of antagonism for some postharvest disease pathogen such as Penicillium,Alternaria and Fusarium.
