摘 要: | 通过对花生根瘤菌的采集、菌株的分离和纯化以及对原寄主品种的回接等盆栽试验,已经筛选出优良菌株及菌种与寄主之间的最佳组合,达到人工接种增产的目的。为验证优良菌株的增产稳定性,我们连续进行了盆栽试验与田间试验。结果表明,优选菌株具有一定的稳定性,盆栽试验与田间试验具有增产一致性。而且3种优良菌株中两种或两种以上组合接种效果更佳,这为引进优良菌种、组合接菌提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Through collecting of nodule bacteria on peanut, separation and purification ofbacteria strains, and experiment of inoculating pot cultivated plants of former host varieties, the best strains of bacteria have been screened out. The best combinations of bacteria and host were achieved and crop yield was increased by artificial inoculation. In order to examine the stability of effect of the best strains, successive field test and experiments on pot cultivated plants were carried out. Results showed that the best strains of bacteria were stable. Crop production in field test and pot cultivated plants were all increased. More effects were achieved if a combination of two or more bacteria strains inoculated. This provided a theoretical foundation for introducing fine bacteria and combine inoculation. |
