| 摘 要： | 格木种子催芽试验表明:擦破种皮可有效地促进格木种子的发芽,发芽率比对照高42 5%;100℃热水浸种和浓硫酸拌种30min的处理方法对种子发芽提高有明显的促进作用,发芽率分别比对照高71 25%、73 75%,发芽势分别比对照高58 75%、63 75%,平均发芽速都比对照提前6d。

| Abstract: | Erythrophleum fordii seeds pregermination tests were conducted.The results showed that rubbing broken seed capsule could promote the seeds germination effectively,the germination rate was by 42.5% that was higher than CK.The seeds soaked in 100℃ water or dressed with dense sulfuric acid could also accelerate the seed germination and advanced 6 days.The germination rate was 71.25%,73.25% respectively that was higher than CK,and germination force was 58.75%,63.75% respectively. |
