摘    要:用PCR-RFLP法检测了大约克和大长(大约克×长白)母猪的RYR1基因。它具有NN、Nn、nn3种基因型,其频率分别为0.79、0.16和0.05;N和n的基因频率分别为0.88和0.12。该基因处于非遗传平衡状态。携n等位基因可降低母猪的产仔数和仔猪成活率,对繁殖性能有不良的遗传效应,有必要从母猪群中清除该等位基因。

Abstract:Using DNA amplified by the polymerase chain reaction, 145 Large White and Large WhiteLandrace sows were genotyped for the ryanodine receptor by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. The genotype frequencies of NN, Nn and nn were 079, 016 and 005, respectively. The frequency of n allele was 012 and that of N allele was 088. For NN, Nn and nn sows, litter size at birth averaged 983, 903 and 783, respectively, litter size at weaning 875, 768 and 692. It was concluded that n allele has negative effect on reproduction performance. We should eliminate n allele in our sow group.
