摘    要:基础化学是高职食品类专业的专业基础课程。针对基础化学课程在教学过程中存在的主要问题,提出相应的解决方案,使教学更加合理、教与学能更好的融合,达到更好的教学效果。

Abstract:The basic chemical is one of the basis and Important of course of the food in higher vocational education.This paper introduces the main problem of the course in the teaching process,and gives appropriate solution methods to make teaching more reasonable,teaching and learning can be better to achieve better results in teaching.
