蒽酮—硫酸法测定桑葚乌发粥中粗多糖的含量

摘    要:采用蒽酮—硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,于波长625 nm处测其吸光度,测定总多糖的含量。葡萄糖质量浓度在0.02~0.14 mg/mL内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=0.116 6%;测得总多糖平均质量分数为16.26 mg/g。采用蒽酮—硫酸法测桑葚乌发粥中总多糖含量,快速准确,稳定性好,可作为该制剂总多糖含量的测定方法。

Abstract:The content of total polysaccharides is measured colorimetrically by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method using glucose as the standard in the 625 nm wavelength.The calibration curve is linear within the range of 0.02~0.14 mg/mL for glucose.The average recovery is 100.02% with RSD 0.116 6%.The average content of polysaccharide is 16.26 mg/g.The method is simple,accurate and stable,which could be used for determining the contents of total polysaccharide in Sangshen Wufa gruel.
