摘    要:用系统状态变量分析方法对动态测试系统建模方法进行研究。依据系统的工作机理进行建模 ,所建立的模型能反映系统内部各个单元的特性 ,得到的传递函数也含有系统各单元的参数。以电感位移传感器测试系统为例 ,探讨状态变量分析方法在系统辨识中的应用。最后给出了系统仿真实验结果。

Abstract:Modeling method of a dynamic measurement system was studied by analysis method of systematic state variables. A model was established based on the working principle of a dynamic system, which can reflect the characteristics of each component in the system. The transfer function obtained in such a manner contains the parameters describing each of all the components. Taking an inductive displacement transducer as an example, the applications of the state variables analysis in system identification were discussed and the simulation results were given.
