饲用纳豆菌提取液抑菌效果的研究

摘    要:实验旨在研究不同pH值饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌和酵母菌的抑制效果。将饲用纳豆菌经24h与48h培养,提取上清液,采用药敏试纸法进行不同pH值饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌与酵母菌的抑菌实验。结果发现,不同pH值的饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌与酵母菌均有一定的抑菌作用,酸性环境有利于纳豆菌提取液中活性物质发挥抗菌活性。研究揭示,饲用纳豆菌提取液发挥抑菌作用具有选择性,并与提取液pH值相关,该结果为其在生产实践中用作饲用天然抗菌剂提供科学参考。

Abstract:This study was conducted to study the antimicrobial effects of Bacillus natto extracting solution on yeast and corn mold.Bacillus natto extracting solution was extracted by Bacillus natto cultured at 24 h,and using Bacillus natto extracting solution at different pH to treat with yeast and corn mold by susceptibility dipstick respectively.The results demonstrated that different pH of Bacillus natto extracting solution on yeast and corn mold have a certain inhibitory effect,and acidic environment conducive ac...
