| 摘 要： | 实验旨在研究不同pH值饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌和酵母菌的抑制效果。将饲用纳豆菌经24h与48h培养，提取上清液，采用药敏试纸法进行不同pH值饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌与酵母菌的抑菌实验。结果发现，不同pH值的饲用纳豆菌提取液对玉米霉菌与酵母菌均有一定的抑菌作用，酸性环境有利于纳豆菌提取液中活性物质发挥抗菌活性。研究揭示，饲用纳豆菌提取液发挥抑菌作用具有选择性，并与提取液pH值相关，该结果为其在生产实践中用作饲用天然抗菌剂提供科学参考。
