| 摘 要： | 中小企业的发展,机制创新很重要。应建立技术创新激励机制,并结合自身特点,积极对外联合;应建立先进的组织机制,加大产前市场调研和产后产品宣传售后服务的力度;还应建立先进的管理机制,制定科学经营战略,树立“以人为本”的管理思想。

| Abstract: | System innovation is very important for the development of small and medium size enterprises.Firstly,the system of encouraging technical innovation should be established.They should combine with others according to their own characteristics.Secondly, the system of advanced organization should be established. They should make efforts in investigating market before production, publicizing products and perfecting after sale service. Lastly, the system of advanced management should be establisbed. They should work out scientific managing strategy and set up the administrative idea of "Man is the most essential". |
