| 摘 要： | 肥胖是危害人体健康的一种现代社会的生活习惯病 ,其成因是由于脂肪细胞中的脂肪合成代谢大于分解代谢所引起的一种脂肪异常蓄积的结果。本文引用来自茶乡福建省的一些临床研究成果和国内外相关研究成果 ,阐述了乌龙茶减肥作用机制和临床减肥效果以及对肥胖的临床继发症状的效果
