| 摘 要： | 利用电阻测定法研究了黑心病对采后菠萝果肉组织电阻值的影响,发现黑心病果实的果肉组织电阻值小于健康果实的果肉组织。有黑心病的菠萝其果肉组织电阻值的减少随着病害严重程度的增加而增加。应用电阻测定法能够测出一个完整的、带有黑心病的采后菠萝果实内部果肉组织电阻值的这种减少。因此,电阻测定法是一个迅速的、灵敏的和简便的采后菠萝黑心病病果的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | The effect of blackheart on electrical resistance of postharvest pineapple pulp tissues was studied by the method of electrical resistance measurement. It was found that the value of resistance of pineapple pulp tissue with blackheart was smaller than that in sound pineapples. |
