兔脑和脊髓内开胃素A免疫阳性神经元和神经纤维的分布

采用免疫组织化学法研究了10只青紫蓝兔脑内开胃素（Orexin） A免疫阳性神经元和神经纤维的分布。结果显示，Orexin A免疫阳性神经元分布于下丘脑的视上核、室旁核、背内侧核、穹隆周核、外侧区、前区和后区以及底丘脑的未定带。Orexin A免疫阳性神经纤维广泛分布于中枢神经系统内，在端脑分布于大脑皮质、尾状核、隔核和杏仁核；在间脑分布于丘脑、下丘脑、上丘脑和垂体；在中脑分布于中央灰质、前丘、后丘、黑质、网状结构和中缝核；在脑桥分布于蓝斑、网状结构和中缝核；在延髓分布于极后区、孤束核和迷走神经背侧运动核；在小脑和脊髓也有分布。

Distribution of Orexin A-like immunoreactive neurons and nervous fibers in the brain and spinal cord of rabbit

Distribution of Orexin A-like immunoreactive(OXA-IR)neurons and nervous fibers in the brain and spinal cord of rabbit was studied by immunohistochemistry.The results were as follows:OXA-IR neurons were observed in the paraventricular and dorsomedial hypothalamic nuclei,supraoptic nucleus,perifornical nucleus,the anterior,lateral and posterior hypothalamic area,and the zona incerta of the subthalamus.OXA-IR nervous fibers were observed in the central nervous system widely.In the telencephalon,OXA-IR nervous fibers were present in the cerebral cortex,caudate nucleus,amygdala nucleus and septal area.In the diencephalon,OXA-IR nervous fibers were observed in the thalamus,hypothalamus,epithalamus and hypophysis.In the mesencephelon,OXA-IR nervous fibers were located in the central gray substance,superior and inferior colliculi,substantia nigra,reticular formation and raphe nuclei.In the pons,OXA-IR nervous fibers were seen in the locus coeruleus,reticular formation and raphe nuclei.In the medulla oblongata,OXA-IR nervous fibers were found in the area postrema,solitary tract nucleus and dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus nerve.OXA-IR nervous fibers were also present in the cerebellum and spinal cord.
