应用间接血球凝集(IHA)试验诊断猪囊尾蚴(Cysticercus cellulosae)病

本文用猪囊尾蚴的全囊虫、囊液、头节的粗提抗原(CW_1,CF_1,CS_1),和其超速离心上清液抗原(CW_2,CF_2,CS_2)以及其经葡聚糖凝胶柱(Sephadex G—150)层析提纯的抗原(CW_3,CF_3,CS_3)分别对人工感染的猪囊尾蚴、细颈囊尾蚴猪和不感染的对照组猪,以间接血球凝集试验(IHA)进行定期的检测。结果表明,CW_2,CW_3,CF_2和 CS_2抗原的敏感性较高。进而用此4种抗原对自然感染的猪囊尾蚴猪进行了扩大诊断试验。试验结果:CF_2的敏感性高于其它抗原,但特异性较差,其检出率为76.87%,假阳性率为16.07%;而 CW_3抗原的敏感性虽较 CF_2抗原差,但特并性较强,检出率为64.88%,假阳性率为2.5%。两种抗原的重复性均良好。

INDIRECT HEMAGGLUTINATION TEST(IHA)FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF PORCINE CYSTICERCOSIS

An indirect hemagglutination(IHA)test was performed for the diagnosis of porcinecyst icercosis,using the crude antigens of the whole cysts,cyst fluid,scolices from Cysticercuscellulosae(CW_1,CF_1,CS_1)and their ultracentrifuged antigens(CW_2,CF_2,CS_2)and the puri-fied antigens on Sephadex G-150(CW_3,CF_3,CS_3).Pigs artificially infected with Cysticercuscellulosae were diagnosed by IHA tcst.The results showed that CW_2,CW_3,CF_2 andCS_2 antigens were more sensitive than the others.Further,pigs naturally infected withCysticercus cellulosae were diagnosed by IHA test with these four antigens.The experimentalresults showed that CF_2 antigen was more sensitive than the other antigens,its specificity be-ing weak;and CW_3 antigen was less sensitive than CF_2 antigen,its specificity being stronger.The positile rates of CW_3 and CF_2 antigens were 64.88%and 76.78% respectively,the falsepositive rates were 2.5% and 16.07% respectively.
