| 摘 要： | 对长白山几种可以食用的蚂蚁身体不同部位的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量进行了分析测试。发现由于品种的不同，而同一部位的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量也不尽相同，其粗蛋白含量在蚂蚁体内的沉积规律呈胸部＞足部＞头部＞腹部，粗脂肪的沉积规律呈腹部＞头部＞胸部＞足部。两种含量呈负相关
