楸树苗干沙床催芽技术与萌芽能力分析比较

摘    要:对楸树29个无性系、15个家系的苗干,在特制的温床上进行催芽,试验结果表明:楸树的不同无性系和不同家系,其萌芽力不同。无性系中大叶金丝萌芽能力最高,萌芽数5.21个/m,家系中27号萌芽力最高,萌芽数3.71个/m。楸树的萌芽力与温、湿度及催芽处理时间有一定的关系,也与苗干的粗度有关,较粗的苗干萌芽力较高。

Abstract:The test was carried out on presowing treatment of 29 clones,15 families of the seedling stems of the Catalpa bungei in a special-made breeding bed.The results showed: tree clones and families of Catalpa bungei were different,the sprouting ability were also different.The sprouting ability of Dayejinsi Catalpa bungei in the clones was the highest,and budding number was 5.21 per meter,the sprouting ability of the 27th in the families was highest,budding number was 3.71 per meter.The sprouting ability of Catalpa bungei had certain re-lationships with the temperature,relative humidity and treated time,and also had relationships with the seedling stems thick,the seedling stems were thicker,the sprouting ability were higher.
