摘    要:[目的]研究不同温度对香紫苏种子萌发特性的影响。[方法]在5、10、15、20、25、30℃不同温带处理下对香紫苏种子的发芽率、发芽速率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数进行了研究。[结果]温度变化对香紫苏种子的萌发有显著的影响,在5℃时种子未萌发;在15℃时,香紫苏种子的发芽率和发芽速率最好;在15、20、25℃时,香紫苏种子的发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数较高;温度低于10℃或高于25℃时各项指标均较低。[结论]香紫苏种子萌发的最适温度为15℃时,适应的温度范围是15~25℃。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of the different temperature treatments on germination characteristics of Salvia sclarea seeds.[Method]The germination rate,the sprout speed,the germination potential,the index of vigor and the sprout index of Salvia sclarea seeds were researched under the 5 ℃,10 ℃,15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃ and 30 ℃different temperatures.[Result]The results showed that the germination characteristics of Salvia sclarea seeds were impacted dramatically by temperature.The Salvia sclarea seeds didn't germinate at 5 ℃.The germination rate and the sprout speed of Salvia sclarea seeds were highest at 15 ℃.The germination potential,the index of vigor and the sprout index were higher at 15 ℃,20 ℃ and 25 ℃.All indexes were lower at below 10 ℃ or above 25 ℃.[Conclusion] The optimum temperature of the germination of Salvia sclarea seed was 15 ℃.The adaptive temperature range was from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃.
