摘    要:针对大中型潜水泵存在的泄漏液体严重威胁电机的安全运行问题,在传统的气液喷射器的设计基础上,设计一种结构简单、便于操作的泄漏液体在线排除装置.用压缩空气作为装置的工作流体来抽取泄漏液体,并测取工作流体的最佳工作压力.为了优化设计,在保持最佳工作压力下,出口固定在6 m,对喷嘴出口到混合管进口的距离分别为0.8,1.0,1.5,3.0倍喷嘴直径的排液装置测取水的流量.优化结果显示喷嘴-接受室距离存在最佳尺寸为1.0倍喷嘴直径,此尺寸的装置具有最佳性能.在试验中,测量和比较被抽取的水的流量来达到优化设计的目的.

Abstract:Considering the problem that liquid leaking seriously affects the motor runs in large and medium sized submersible pump for the conventional design of gas-liquid ejectors,a simple structure to facilitate the operation of the liquid leaking excluder devices online was designed.Compressed gas was used as the working fluid to exclude the leaked liquid,and the best working pressure was measured.To optimize the design,under the best working pressure,fixed on the height of 6 m,the flow rate were measured at the length(from nozzle-mixing tube to the nozzle) of 0.8 times,1 times,1.5 times and 3 times of the nozzle diameter respectively.The optimization results show that there exists an optimal size of nozzle-mixing tube for the length of the device with the highest performance.In the experimental tests,the pumping flow rates of water were measured and compared for design optimization.
