| 摘 要： | 在分析青岛城市滨海景观带概况的基础上,利用SWOT分析法,建立模型。对青岛滨海景观带景观要素的优势、劣势及外部带给滨海景观的机会和威胁进行分析,提出可用于提高滨海景观带品位的S-O、S-T、W-O、W-T策略。对以上策略做出总结,认为品味的提升可从加强城市统一规划、生态建设、特色营造、文化挖掘、细节的深入及深度开发几方面入手。

| Abstract: | The SWOT analysis model is established on the basis of considering the general situation of urban coastal landscape belt in Qingdao.Analyze the Strengths,weaknesses and the external opportunities and threats of urban coastal landscape belt in Qingdao.The strategies about S-O,S-T,W-O,W-T which can be used to improve the quality of coastal landscape belt is be presented.After summarizing the above strategies,landscape quality can be improved by the methods that reinforcing urban unified planning,ecological construction,building characteristics,mining culture,considering the details and landscape development in depth. |
