摘    要:为了研究鸭肠炎病毒感染鸭外周血淋巴细胞的变化趋势,建立了检测鸭外周血淋巴细胞转化的MTS方法,利用该方法检测DEV免疫鸭外周血淋巴细胞变化趋势。结果表明,抗原特异性外周血淋巴细胞转化能力从末次免疫后可持续上升近4周达到高峰,以后快速回落。研究证实MTS法可有效检测鸭抗原特异性外周血淋巴细胞增殖情况。

Abstract:MTS assay fordetecting the duck peripheralblood lymphocyte (PBL) transformation ability was established, and MTS assay was used to detect the variation of PBL in duck infected duck enteritis virus (DEV) . The results showed that the transformation ability of antigen specific PBL was strengthened gradually for four weeks from the last immunization, and declined rapidly after reaching the peak at the 4th or the 6th week after the last immunization. The study confirmed that MTS assay could be used to detect the duck peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) transformation ability.
