60Coγ射线对辅酶Q10产生菌三孢布拉氏霉的诱变选育

摘    要:采用不同剂量的60Coγ射线对辅酶Q10产生菌——三孢布拉氏霉JSF 4菌株的孢子进行处理。结果表明,诱变剂量1.5 kG y对孢子的致死率为85%,具有较好的诱变效果。经复筛,分离得到了1株F 4-3菌株,其发酵平均单位达24.766 m g/L,较出发菌株提高了76%,且该菌株遗传性状稳定。

Abstract:The spore suspension of Blakeslea trispora was treated with different dosages of ^60Co irradia tion. The study showed that when 1.5 kGy mutagenic dosage was provided, 85 % of the spores died,resulting in a good mutagenic effect. By re-screening,a mutant F4-3 was obtained. Compared with the parent strain,its production of CoQ10 reached 24. 766 mg/L,and the increase rate was 76% ,and its genetic character was stable.
