摘    要:目的]用不同浓度和种类盐分对白茎盐生草种子进行胁迫试验。方法]以白茎盐生草种子为材料,用NaCl、Na2CO3、Na3SO43种盐分进行胁迫试验。研究盐胁迫对白茎盐生草种子发芽的影响。结果]在0—4000mg/L浓度盐胁迫下,白茎盐生草种子相对发芽率和相对发芽势都在80%左右,差异不显著;高浓度(6000mg/L以上)盐分胁迫下,随着盐分浓度的上升,相对发芽率和相对发芽势均大幅度下降,差异显著。Na2SO4胁迫下出苗相对整齐,NaCl胁迫下出苗较慢,而在Na2SO4胁迫下出苗最慢,说明Na2SO4胁迫对白茎盐生草种子活力的抑制作用大于NaCl和Na2SO4.3种盐分对白茎盐生草种子萌发的相对盐害率大小顺序为:Na2CO3〉NaCl〉Na2SO4结论]该研究可为白茎盐生草在盐碱地种植利用和生态治理提供理论参考。

Abstract: Objective] The research aimed to make stress test of Halogeton arachnoideus seeds with different concentrations and kinds of salt. Method] Taking H. arachnoideus seed as materials,NaCl, Na2 CO3 and NazSO4 were used to make the stress test. The effects of salt stress on the seed germination of H. arachnoideus were studied. Result ] Under the salt stress at the concentration of 0 - 4000 mg/L,the relative germination rate and relative germination vigor were about 80% ,without significant difference. Under the salt stress at higher concentrations (over 6000 mg/L), the relative germination rate and relative germination vigor were greatly reduced with the increase of salt concentration, with significant differenee. The seedlings of 11. arachnoideus emerged relatively tidily under the stress of Na2 SO4, and the emergency of H. arachnoideus seed- lings under the stress of NaCl was relatively slow, and that under the stress of Na2CO3 was the slowest, which indicated that the inhibition of Na2CO3 stress on the seed vigor of H. arachnoideus greater than that of NaCl stress and Na2SO4 stress. The relative salt poison rate of 3 kinds of salt on the seed germination of H. arachnoideus in order was Na2CO3 〉 NaCI 〉 Na2SO4. Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for the planting, utilization and ecological management of H. arachnoideus in saline land.
