| 摘 要： | 天然的抗氧化剂能有效的清除自由基从而保护机体健康，从植物中寻找高效、廉价、低毒的天然抗氧化剂成为目前抗氧化剂发展的一个必然趋势。本文综述了植物中起抗氧化作用的活性成分的研究进展，以期为天然植物抗氧化活性成分的开发利用提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | The natural antioxidant can effcetively scavenge free radicals and protect body healty. It has become an inevitable trend to find highly-efficient, low-priced and low-toxicitied antioxidant from natural plants. This article summarizes research progress of the components which plays the antioxidant function come from nature plant in order to provide theoretics basics for the exploiture and utilization of the active antioxidant from natural plants. |
