| 摘 要： | 在对红核子龙眼胚胎发育过程进行形态学观察的基础上,对龙眼胚胎发育过程中SOD活性变化进行测定。结果表明:龙眼子叶形胚的形成过程较长且较复杂,不但其体积发生很大变化,而且子叶的色泽也有很大变化;在子叶形胚发育早期,SOD活性迅速升高,之后上升比较平缓。

| Abstract: | Based on the morphological observation,the activities of SOD were measured during embryonic development of longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.).The results were as follows: there were long and complicated morphological changes during the development of cotyledonary embryos;both the volume and color of cotyledonary embryos changed dramatically;the activity of SOD rapidly rose at the earlier stage of the development of cotyledonary embryos,then it gradually rose to a higher level. |
