| Abstract: | This paper deals with various measures to reduce line loss in rural power grids from improving electric network power distribution, to establishing economic operation methods, and to strengthening technological transformation in rural power grids. Specific measures are given in terms of formulating index plan in cutting line loss, enhancing metering management and meter reading management, establishing checking system and regulating mechanism. |
