| 摘 要： | 通过小鼠^86Rb摄取率实验，观察人参Rb组皂苷对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响。结果表明，人参Rb组皂苷100、200mg／kg均可明显增加小鼠心肌^86Rb摄取率。50mg／kg亦有增加小鼠^86Rb摄取率的趋势,提示人参Rb组皂苷能增加心肌营养性血流量。

Effect of Ginsengoside- Rb on the Nutritional Blood flow of Myocardium in Mice |

| Abstract: | Effect of Ginsengoside-Rb(G-Rb)on the nutritional blood flow of myocardium was observed with test of introjecion 86 Rb in mice. the results showed that G-Rb(100?200mg/kg)could increase significantly myocardial introjection rate of 86 Rb and G-Rb can increase the nutritional introjection raet of 86 Rb.It is indicated that G-Rb can increase the nutritional blood flow of myocardium in mice. |
