对新型农村合作医疗试点工作的思考

为解决农民的医疗问题,促进农村经济和社会发展,推进和谐社会目标的实现,21世纪初我国尝试建立新型农村合作医疗制度.经过一段时间的试点运行,新型农村合作医疗取得了一定的成绩,也暴露出一些问题.在及时发现问题的基础上,寻求解决问题的对策,思考进一步做好试点工作的办法,成为该项工作的当务之急.

On New Rural Cooperative Medical Treatment in Specific Rural Areas

At the beginning of the 21th century,for relieving the worries of the farmer's medical treatment,promoting the rural economy and society development,and pushing forward to realize the harmonious society target,our country tried to establish a new rural cooperative medical treatment system.After a trial period in some specific rural areas,the system made a certain achievement and exposed some problems.On base of discovering problems timely,looking for the problem-solving methods and pondering how to find new ways to make a better trial practice is the most important part of this work.
