| 摘 要： | 在分析中国水稻产出区域性波动和协动性的基础上,指出中国水稻产出的区域性波动特征和波动的协动性特征突出。因此必须继续发挥国家在水稻生产中的全域性主导作用,同时也应该重视水稻生产的区域性波动特征,充分调动水稻主产区的积极性,促进国家粮食生产目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Based on the regional fluctuation and its comovement of China's rice yield production,the paper pointed out that the regional fluctuation and its comovement is very obvious.Therefore,we have to continue to bring nation's lead role out on the rice yield production.Meanwhile we have to value the regional fluctuation feature of the yield production and mobilize fully the zeal of the rice yield main region and achieve nation's production goal. |
