| Abstract: | This paper has briefed the significance and main methods of the study in genetic variability of plant root system, and has summarized the present situation of the study in characters of root system morphology, resistance ability, rooting ability, ion absorpting and transporting speed, anatomical and micro-structure, and also has forecasted the application prospects of genetic variability of root system character in the genetics and breeding of non-timber forest. |
