摘    要:为寻求埋地管道在填海软土地基不均匀沉降工况下的变形规律,以唐山曹妃甸填海地区地质勘察资料为依据,基于固结压缩原理进行了填海地基沉降值的计算及预测,得出了填海软土地基沉降规律,并利用沉降修正系数校正高速公路段地基沉降量。通过对地基相对沉降量进行多组的定量设置,并以此作为管道变形的边界条件,采用等效弹簧模拟埋地管道中管土相互作用,采用有限元计算方法,分别计算了埋地管道在各变形作用下的应力值。结果表明:曹妃甸填海软土地基穿越公路管道在50年运营期间,不会发生断裂。(图6,表2,参15)

Abstract:In order to find out the deformation pattern of buried pipeline in reclaimed soft foundation with uneven settlement, based on geological survey data of Tangshan Caofeidian reclaimed area, subsidence value in the reclaimed foundation is calculated and predicted according to the principle of consolidated compression, settlement pattern of reclaimed soft foundation is figured out, and sedimentation correction factor is used to correct the foundation settlement of highway segment. By setting multi-group quantities of relative foundation settlement as the boundary condition of pipeline deformation, the interaction between pipeline and soil of buried pipeline is simulated by using equivalent spring, stress values on buried pipeline under various deformations are calculated with finite element method. The results show that the road-cross pipeline in Caofeidian reclaimed soft foundation would not break during the 50 years of operation. (6 Figures, 2 Tables, 15 References)
