东北地区玉米烘干机单位热耗设计指标的探讨

摘    要:根据近年来东北地区玉米烘干机实地测试结果,对玉米烘干机单位热耗指标进行了分析。研究表明,当前玉米烘干机单位热耗设计指标在降水幅度为10%左右时,基本合理;随着降水幅度的提高,可进一步降低。同时,对玉米烘干机单位热耗考核的标准条件提出了新的建议。

Abstract:According to the results of corn drier determined in northeast China in recent years,the index of heat consumption per unit of corn drier were analyzed.The results showed that when the range of reducing moisture is about 10%,the index of heat consumption per unit is reasonable.When the range of reducing moisture rises higher the index can further lower.The standard condition on cheaking the index of heat consumption per unit of corn drier was suggested.
