青海细毛羊半细毛羊不同剪毛量区段含硫量的分布

重量法对青海细毛羊、半细毛羊不同剪毛量区段的含硫量进行了测定和统计分析。结果表明 ,青海细毛羊成年母羊 4.0 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,一岁母羊 2 .0 0kg区段含硫量最高。青海半细毛羊成年公羊 4.5 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,一岁公羊 3 .0 0kg区段含硫量最高。同品种年龄内剪毛量区段间含硫量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。剪毛量区段与硫的含量间存在弱的负相关 ,相关系数为 -0 .3 615 3。

Distribution of Sulphur Gontent of Wool In Different Greasy Weight Section of Qinghai Fine And Semifine Wool Sheep

The sulphur contents of Wool in different greasy weight section of Qinghai fine and semifine Wool sheep were determined and analyzed statistically.The results showed that the sulphur content was highest in adult Qinghai Fine-wool ewe at the greasy weight of 4.00kg and in yealing ewe at the greasy weight of 2.00kg;The sulphur content was highest in abult Qinghai semifine-wool ram at the gieasy weight of 4.50kg and of yealing Qinghai semifine-wool ram at the greasy weight of 3.00kg.There was no significant difference of sulphur content between different greasy weight at the same age in the same breed (P>0.05).There was a low negative correlation between greasy weights section and sulphur contents,and the correlation coefficient was -0.36153.
