蜡液处理对橘橙7号贮藏保鲜效果的影响研究

摘    要:以橘橙7号果实为材料,研究了经不同果蜡等4个处理后(Decco Fruitshine 402F,FMC890,自备蜡,经机器清洗后作为对照),于常温贮藏下果实的采后行为。结果表明,贮藏25 d后所有果蜡处理均能减少果实失质量,但以自备蜡最佳;402F处理可明显提高果实的亮度。

Abstract:Cultivar 'Nova' stored for 25 d with Decco Fruitshine 402F,FMC 890,own waxand washing only as control.The results show that all coating treatments effectively reduce the weight loss in comparison to control,own wax achieves the best.Decco Fruitshine 402F can improve the fruit brightness significantly.
