黑龙江苹果与嘎啦苹果品质差异分析

摘    要:对采自黑龙江省的K9、金红、铃铛、龙丰苹果以及种植于陕西省的嘎啦苹果的基本品质指标(密度、VC含量、总酸含量、可溶性固形物含量、果肉色值)进行了测定,对比黑龙江苹果与嘎啦苹果品质的差异,了解产自黑龙江苹果的品质特性,为寒地中小型苹果品种选育标准评价体系的研究和建立提供基本资料,并为其在生产中的应用提供参考。结果表明,K9、铃铛、金红的VC含量以及总酸含量均显著高于嘎啦;可溶性固形物含量的顺序为K9、龙丰高于嘎啦,铃铛、金红小于嘎啦;铃铛、金红的红值和黄值均较高,嘎啦和金红红值差异不显著,嘎啦和K9红值差异显著。
