罗望子胶提取工艺技术的研究

摘    要:研究了以罗望子种子为原料提取罗望子胶的工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,设计正交试验;筛选出了罗望子种子中提取罗望子胶的最佳提取工艺为:料水比1∶30,浸提温度60℃,pH值4.5,最佳提取率为70.2%。

Abstract:This paper studies mainly on the extracting technology of tamarind gum from the seed of tamarind gum,followed by the results of one-factor design,a best extraction process is that tamarind gum is marinated with 30 times of water at pH 4.5,60 ℃,under these conditions,the maximum extraction ratio of polysaccharides is 70.2%.
