大枣多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:采用热水提取法提取大枣多糖,并对提取工艺及料液比、温度和时间因素对提取的影响进行研究,通过正交试验优化最佳提取工艺。最终确定最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶15,温度60℃,时间3 h。

Abstract:The optimal condition of extraction for polysaccharides from Ziziphus jujube Mill.is studied in this paper.The effects of the factors such as extraction time,extraction temperature and the material-water ratio on the extraction of polysaccharides are studied using hot-water extraction method.Through the orthogonal test,the optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Ziziphus jujube Mill.are obtained as follows,the material-water ratio being 1∶15,extraction temperature being 60 ℃,and extraction time being 3 h.
