| Abstract: | Food microbiology experiment is a required professional course for students who majoring in food science and engineer.Dairy and meat are advantaged area of Inner Mongolia,the teaching effect in line with the school positioning of personnel training-serving for local economic construction,teaching concept and teaching methods of experiment of food microbiology are reformed. |
